When should I take SKIP YOUR DIP!?

One sachet of SKIP YOUR DIP! contains 5 capsules. Each capsule is meant for one day. You should take the first capsule at least 24 hours after a festival, party or rave. After this you take one capsule every day until you have used all 5.

It is very important that you do not take your first SKIP YOUR DIP! capsule within 24 hours after your festival, party or rave.

Example:

Suppose you have a festival during the day on Saturday, then you take your first capsule on Sunday night.

Or: If you had a party at night from Saturday to Sunday, you take your first capsule on Monday morning or on Monday evening.

If you have taken SKIP YOUR DIP!, wait 24 hours until you visit a new festival, party or rave.

Why do I have to wait 24 hours to take SKIP YOUR DIP!?

The formula contains ingredients that increase your serotonin such as 5-HTP and L-Tryptophan. If you take SKIP YOUR DIP! immediately after a festival, party or rave, a serotonin surplus can occur. You want to prevent this of course.

How long can I use SKIP YOUR DIP!?

One sachet of SKIP YOUR DIP! is supposed to last for one festival. We recommend to use SKIP YOUR DIP! for a maximum of two weeks in a row, then take a break of one week.

The reason for this is that too much use of 5-HTP and L-Tryptophan can cause tiredness. In addition, it is important to give your serotonin system a rest after using SKIP YOUR DIP!.
